ONLINE RETURNS
We want every customer to feel completely happy with their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We require proof of purchase for all returns.

We have a 14 day return policy which is dated from the purchase date.

Garments must be in the original unworn condition with all tags attached. The garment must not have any presence of make up, fake tan, perfume, or deodorant.

Sunglasses, Jewellery & Footwear - Must be in the original case and box.

Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Sale items are final / Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items, as no credits, refunds or exchanges will be made on sale goods. Please reach out if you need any further information around size and fit, we will happily assist you with this.
We carefully quality control all our online orders to ensure you receive a product in perfect condition. However if an item is found to have a manufacturer's fault, we will provide a courier label to have this returned back, we will be in touch with our supplier for a replacement or refund.
We do understand that buying online can be a bit of a gamble at times which is why we aim to provide as much detail as possible about the sizing and fit of our garments, rest assured however that if an item does not work for you we are more than happy to exchange for a different size, style or alternatively we offer refund or a credit note.
We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed, please consider your purchase carefully.
All returns will be processed within 5-10 working days, you will receive a text message or email with your online credit between this timeframe. If you do not receive a store credit after 10 working days, please contact us with your order number.
IMPORTANT
- Please contact us prior to returning your item, any items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.
- We do not cover the postage fees for the item to be sent back to us
- Please include a brief note with the reason for your return and your contact information
- With every returned item within New Zealand we retain the initial postage fee on our end of $7.50 for North Island orders and $10.50 for the South Island. Australia flat rate fee of $35 will also be retained from the store credit or refund that is issued.
- For exchanges we do charge a small fee of $7.50. (Please note this fee only applies if the the entire order is returned, if you choose to keep an item from your order we do not charge a fee)

Please note: We recommend using a tracked service as we will not accept responsibility for lost & untracked packages. We do not refund return postage fees for parcels sent back to us for exchange unless the garment is faulty.
If you are purchasing full priced items through Afterpay and Laybuy we will process your refund through our merchant portal however once we have processed this it is out of our control on how long it will take to show up in your account. Afterpay has stated "The money can take up to 10 Business days to be returned to your card/s depending on your financial institution”.
